Because Change Happens

Skills & Strategies for Dealing with Change

Whether you consider yourself an adaptable person dealing with the over-the-top amount of change we’ve been seeing the past year plus, in every part of your work and life, or one who’d say that you never liked change – it’s just too much right now and our work is suffering. It is critical to get the skills (yes, change is a skill!) to successfully navigate current and future changes.

You may have already taken the Change at the Speed of Light course (Virtual Live or the self-study eLearning) where you learned about the science-based Change Cycle™ model. In this course you’ll get those same science-based Stages and do the skill building that allows you and your staff to move past Loss and Discomfort to Motivation and Flexibility for future changes.

Plenty of places to write and to plan exactly how you'll move yourself or others through each of the 6 Stages of Change.
